## What is RemokonWatch Free for MIDI/OSC?

RemokonWatch Free is a MIDI and OSC (Open Sound Control) compatible wireless control application.  You can send MIDI/OSC messages by tapping the controls on your Apple Watch as below.

- Four push buttons
- Four sliders
- Four switches
- Thirteen piano-like keys

Any CoreMIDI compatible applications/devices can be used including Virtual MIDI, Network MIDI and physical MIDI interfaces.

You can also use any OSC compatible applications such as Max, SuperCollider, QuartzComposer and so on. Connect your Apple Watch-paired iOS device and the other device (i.e. Mac) to the same Wi-Fi local network.  The OSC message will be sent to all devices as a broadcasting. The input port number of a host application should be 57120.

Would like to use the app, but it crashes on an iPhone with IOS 15.1.

My favorite midi app. I used this to send midi commands from my Apple Watch to my DAW on my laptop via OSC in live performance. Worked very well until I updated my watchOS.  Wish I knew that the app wasn’t compatible on watch. It still opens fine on phone.  

Given it’s been 3 years done creation and update of the app, I doubt there will be a fix. Also, the developers site is still up but extremely difficult to leave a request for update there.  ?!?!?!?!
