App freezes when you want to use it. It’s been two months and still not fixed. The guy at shop is aware of it and pulls a sorry face. 
So we couldn’t collect rewards for the last few times we have been to their restaurant.

St. Pancras station restaurant is missing from the app. Couldn’t pre-order food to collect before getting connecting train.
