This app is the worst. Every time I need to use it I have to delete it off my phone and then put it back on. I waste so much time just trying to get it to work. Awful!

There seriously needs to be an alternative. All it does is and load and load forever. You can’t use it unless you constantly reinstall it.

I never review things but this app makes me so mad I’ve decided it’s necessary. This app loads nothing, I’m constantly locked out of my house. It’s incredibly frustrating, I’ve seen reviews that say that on here over and over yet no bug fixes or releases in 2 years… absolutely absurd. My lock doesn’t function without this and I’m in a rental so I have no say. 
If you can avoid this app, DO IT.

Super slow. always glitching and makes it a super pain to keep my house secure. Will randomly unlock itself and sometimes I come home to my door unlocked. Terrible app and horrible lock system I would not recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the worst app in the history of apps. If I had to rely on this to get in and out my front door on a consistent basis, I’d purposely burn my house down out of sheer frustration. It worked ONCE… long enough to set up a code. Then I couldn't ever get the app to load unless I deleted it, reinstalled, and logged in again… and now that has to be done Every. Single. Time. If you give anyone their own code for access, you’d better REALLY trust them because you cannot edit whatever you initially set up. You can only delete the entire profile for that person and that’s ONLY if you are within 5 feet of the lock AND the app decides to work after you delete and reinstall it. I’ve been trying to delete the code for the movers for 6 solid months to no avail. I can’t believe anyone would set up a keyless entry system that has to rely on this horrible technology.

Doesn’t work and when it does decide to kinda work it glitches. I was left in the rain trying to get the lock to take my manual code. It won’t. Luckily I had a back door I could use. I don’t have any options but to use this app and product. Because trust me if I did I would definitely do something different. This is the worst thing to be forced to use.  With the amount of $ this company gets from me they should invest some in development of a better app and lock. I read these reviews. They all sound about the same. I don’t know maybe when multiple people are saying the same thing it’s time to pay attention and do better

I hate that this is the app my landlord chose. It literally only works about 5% of the time. God forbid you needed to get in the house in an emergency. It just loads and spins forever. Great concept and idea. Bad execution.

If you wrote this app, don’t write any more. If you maintain the back end, good job on fleecing a salary. If you wrote the front end, why doesn’t a single button work. If you’re the project manager, go get your PMP or even a GED. Terrible app, never works, and somehow a worse lock. It gets stuck to unlock and can only be fixed by pulling the power.

The place I rent from started using these this year and they are really handy and secure. The app itself is ok; it’s fairly straightforward. There is a simple unlock button, an access list, and profile options. The homeowner or landlord can add or “move out” tenants to/from the list. Every person on the list who can open a particular door has a different passcode though, and I’m not sure how safe that is if you have several different codes that can all open the same door. The reason I’m leaving a review is because every time I’ve opened the app for the past while, I just get the loading spiral. However, I have re-downloaded it and all seems to be well. Just wanted to leave this here to help anyone.

Lately, the app has been saying the battery is 17%, periodically (as sometimes it doesn’t say this) needless to say, I have NO IDEA, what I’m supposed to do, regarding the battery. Please assist! Also, as I stated, in the subject, I often have to log out, of the app, & back in, in order to access the “unlock” feature. Another thing, it wouldn’t allow me to change my access code, without creating a new user. Other than that, mine works fine.

When it works, the app makes it easy to unlock my door and get into my home. But, I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app many times because at some point the loading wheel just continues to spin, and it will just keep trying to load when I open it, which makes it useless. Would be nice if it worked consistently.

The Remot app has been great to get into my home with. However, the app has been crashing every time I try booting it. I’ve tried deleting the app, turning off my phone, and everything under the sun and it still crashes. Not sure what’s going on.

Went to get the mail with my iPhone since door locks automatically behind me. Get close to door and open app that just spins and spins and spins. You can’t open the door if the app never loads. Thank goodness it has a manual code option.
