Tried contacting the useless Italian company to help resolve the problem but all they said was use the default password. Guess what? That didn’t work either!!! I added 3 X 100AH LifePO4 batteries, one battery is on its own and two are paired. This app gives me the ability to use a single battery (100AH), a pair (200AH) or all three (300AH). This is especially useful as I can utilise the pair and keep 100Ah in reserve if I wish. Another feature I like is that I can charge one battery or the pair.
