### 3/5 — Solid basic functionality

*2024-04-04, version 2.2.0*

I use this app a lot, but it doesn’t reach it’s potential.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2022-09-04, version 3.0.0*

Works well on my M1 MBP. No icon control though to change channels, which would be nice.

### 3/5 — No Support for Setup

*2022-05-03, version 3.0.0*

If you are totally bummed out by the lack of Harmony setup support on 32 bit Mac's, this app will not solve your problems!! Maybe the description says this some place but obviously, I did not see it. No set up to be found!!!

### 4/5 — Can't find my 2nd Harmony Hub

*2022-02-12, version 3.0.0*

This is potentially a good app but I have two Harmony Hubs in my home and this app can only find one of them. The Harmony control software has no problem detecting both hubs and switching between them.

### 4/5 — Works for me

*2020-12-11, version 2.4.0*

Please update for full mac os sur and m1 chip, otherwise keep it going please just what I was looking for

### 5/5 — Heck Yeah!

*2020-09-22*

I've wanted this for a long time, and just stumbled in to it. It's UI isnt perfect, but it works perfectly, and I'm pretty stoked to have it! --Thanks to the developer for providing a quality product!

### 2/5 — Hangs connecting to remote

*2020-06-28, version 2.0.1*

I love the idea of this app, but far too often, this App hangs upon connecting. Bummer.

### 4/5 — Thank you!

*2020-04-05, version 1.1*

Wow, I cna't believe Logitech hasn't done this. Everything seems to work great. User Experience needs some major work, but it DOES work as advertised.

Huge suggestion: May the Mac arrow keys to the Direction buttons, Return to Select, and "M" to Menu, "B" for Back, etc!!! Would make this so much easier to use.

### 5/5 — Works as adversited.

*2020-01-06, version 1.1*

Discovered and connected to my Logitech Harmony hub right away. Works as advertised.

### 5/5 — Gold Standard

*2019-11-24, version 1.1*

There's nothing like the sense of total command you get when a touch of the track pad on your MacBook Pro is all it takes to move from one activity or device to the next while flawlessly operating a complex network of home theatre equipment. Why in the world it took Logitech this long to include a feature as critical as laptop control in the best remote sytem out there is beyond me. I that department, what a colossal flub. Now I can really use my Harmony Hub exclusively for all my remote needs. As far as I'm concerned, without your lap or desk-top capable of calling the shots, a hub is just another piece of remote control clutter. That said, this app, while somewhat sparse on style, rocks big time -- so well I really don't care how the display comes off visually. Each click of the track pad or mouse always hits immediate pay dirt. Logitech has finally given its customers a remote command center that's truly without equal.

### 1/5 — Buttons disappeared

*2026-03-02, version 3.0.0*

Somewhere in the Tahoe OS updates the buttons in the app have disappeared and can no longer be used via keyboard shortcuts either. No response from support.

Bummer as this was such a great app.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-12-01, version 2.2.0*

Doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Inconsistent

*2023-01-10, version 2.2.0*

Okay….when it works. Really irritating when it doesn’t for no good read.

### 1/5 — Reset Saved Hub(s)

*2022-09-23, version 2.2.0*

It has been several days and all it has done is sayReset savedHub(s). I can’t get anything to work.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2022-08-07, version 3.0.0*

don’t waste your money. Tried to update the remote and nothing.

### 1/5 — Junk !!!

*2022-02-22, version 2.2.0*

Buyer beware. This App is the worse I have ever bought. Totally useless!!

### 1/5 — Big Sur

*2020-12-02, version 2.4.0*

### 2/5 — Don't see how to add items

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Worked for me

*2024-05-01, version 3.0.0*

Works as advertised. I have an M1 macbook pro running sonoma. I have a single harmony hub.

### 5/5 — Multiple Harmony Hub "harmony"

*2024-03-25, version 3.0.0*

I have four Harmony Hubs on my network and the app works well with all of them. I also have a mix of Intel and M1 and M2 machines and I enjoy success with all. The app is stable and effective. I do have to place them on my main and not the guest network. Access Point control sharing is only on my main eero mesh network. In other words, two devices on the guest network can't communicate by design.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2023-08-04, version 3.0.0*

App does what is supposed to do and does it well. My only suggestion is when you hit the switch hubs button it shows the names instead of just the IP addresses. That would make it much easier to know what i'm switching to each time. Other than that love the app.

### 5/5 — Thanks

*2023-07-31, version 2.2.0*

Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Exactly what I wanted

*2023-01-25, version 3.0.0*

I was a bit hesitant about downloading the app, especially after Apple requires 64 bit, and people said it needed to be updated. All I wanted was a MacOS based remote control so I don't have to use my Harmony 950 or my phone when I am using my MacBook.

I was actually surprised how easy it is for a remote. I dont need to set up my remote, just use it to navigate between actions and devices. For that it works like a charm.

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2021-11-08*

Controls all my devices, samsung TV, Bosse sound system even my hue devices! Sweet!!

### 5/5 — Very Handly Little App

*2021-07-16, version 3.0.0*

Not sure what Thom2612 is talking about, but this integrates beautifully with my Harmony Hub. Running v3.0.0 on my 2016 13" MBP, and my hub is fast and responsive to the inputs over my wifi network. Between my phone Harmony app and this remote app on my MBP, I have no need for the Harmony remote. Highly recommended. Thom2612...try harder mate!

### 5/5 — Dependable

*2021-06-14, version 2.4.0*

Although I do get the occassional issues when using the app or when it's open and I have trouble pulling it up maybe right after the app or OS update, 99% of the time the app works as described and even better than what Logitech has out there. Works when I need it to, does what I need it to, responds when I need it to and one of the very very few apps that is this dependable.

### 5/5 — A New Level of Lazy

*2020-11-24, version 2.4.0*

I used to get mad whenever someone removed the remote. With this app, I just don't care any more. Seriously, this app is WAY easier to navigate than the actual remote. Set up was a breeze.

Though I tend to look for free apps, this one was well worth the price. Kuddos

### 5/5 — Works beautifully

*2020-10-07, version 2.4.0*

Like others, I stumbled on this by accident. It is very useful, and works without a hitch.
