What’s particularly frustrating is the pricing strategy. Initially, the app is listed at around £14.99. When I declined, the price dropped to £6.99, which I paid. Now, I’m being told the same app is available for £3.99. This feels like a psychological tactic designed to pressure users into buying quickly by making them think they’re getting a good deal. Ultimately, this pricing approach has left me feeling misled and somewhat scammed, as the app doesn’t deliver anything beyond what’s already freely available and I’m no longer using. And it does say in the App Store that it doesn’t work with stream. So I got the app without noticing, and one of the first things you come up to is the option to pay £15 to remove ads. I clicked no - and the next screen shows you a one time off NEVER to be seen again for £7. So obviously you go for that thinking it’s a great deal. After that I discovered the app won’t work for me anyway, but if it wasn’t for the ‘one time only’ offer I would have tried the free version. I’m sure I’m not the only one to pay and find it’s not for them. I like to think I don’t normally fall for such underhand tactics but I’ve never seen an app present it that way. How very sly of you. **Developer response:** Hi, I'm really sorry this happened, you're correct right that Sky Stream isn't supported (as noted in the compatibility section). Since the app doesn't work for your setup, you can request a full refund through Apple: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select 'Request a Refund.' Apple typically processes these quickly for apps that don't work with your device. I apologise for the frustration, and please do get that refund since the app can't serve its purpose for you. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent App *2025-08-02* Once installed the app prevents you from deleting it. Constantly asking for money. Decline and it offers the same thing for less. Try to delet the app and it takes you back to the same page asking for money **Developer response:** Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble! Highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Great app *2025-02-15* As you are not able to have two Bluetooth remotes to one sky box I found this app and decided to try it. I found it worked well and was very happy with it so I paid to remove the app. However I then needed my sky Q box replacing and obviously needed to be re-synchronised with my new box but unfortunately it wouldn’t find it I deleted the app and reinstalled it but still no luck. I then contacted the app provider and explained this situation, they were very quick to respond (within 2 hours) and I now have it working again.
