### 4/5 — No function for sending some file types via text message

*2022-11-25, version 4.1.1*

Great app but there is no way to send some files types via text message. If I want to send local documents to someone else I first have to send to myself via email and then I can text the documents

### 3/5 — Always uploads one fewer file than I select

*2022-03-29, version 4.0.0*

This app worked great for a long time and has been an essential tool for me. Unfortunately, something changed about a year ago, and as things stand now, uploading via SMB always uploads one fewer fille than I select. Select 5, it uploads 4. Select 10, it uploads 9. Select 1, it uploads nothing. Consistently. This really makes the app far less usable than it used to be. I really hope the app gets some love soon. Otherwise, I am a fan.

### 3/5 — Fine app except google drive not working

*2020-05-11, version 4.0.0*

This is a very powerful and useful App. But recent Google Drive it’s not working. Otherwise it would have been excellent. App

### 4/5 — This is awesome

*2020-03-09, version 4.0.0*

However, if there is 10 or 15 seconds forward/backward button on the video player, that’s going to be perfect app.

### 4/5 — Excellent

*2020-01-17, version 4.0.0*

excellent for storing all the information of all apple products in one place

### 3/5 — Copy doesn’t always work

*2019-10-01, version 3.5.3*

Too many failures so why so many 4 stars??

### 3/5 — I am starting to wonder what is the point?

*2019-06-14, version 3.5.2*

I want a way to copy/move and manage files on iCloud, Google Docs, but apparently it does neither. So what is the point if you cannot do either off these activities?

Apple already provides a crappy file manager - crappy because it is buggy for google docs or at least that is my experience.

To be fair, it seems to offer delete/create folder and rename. You can also make it a favorite, but these things I do rarely. And further, if you want to view numerous documents inside the app, that apparently works.

But most of these features are available in other apps. To me, a file manage is just that allowing me to manage my files.

### 5/5 — Extremely Useful

*2018-12-08, version 3.5.1*

Thanks
Having your PDF’s indexed, searchable, and available across the network is very useful. Stable, quick, straightforward.

Another very useful feature for many? multiple tabs so more than one search result could be view instantly. Many times I find the occurrence of one word and want to be able to compare it to another specific occurrence of the same word or a different word.

### 5/5 — 5 Star Rating

*2018-01-22, version 3.4.2*

Easy to use and works Great.

### 4/5 — Odd Behavior

*2017-12-14, version 3.4.1*

This app has been great for browsing through folders of images, but lately it has started to behave strangely when scrolling through a folder where all the thumbnails are not yet built. It looks like it’s stretching the entries and jumping around. Basically, it doesn’t scroll smoothly any more, until all the thumbnails are built.

### 5/5 — Works Great

*2017-11-12, version 3.3.0*

I contacted Apples Time Capsule Support service, before I knew about this app, and was told that my iPad was not a MacBook and couldn’t use my Time Capsule with my iPad. Now my iPad, using this app can, has well over 1 TB of storage capacity. This app is one of the best additions that users of IOS can add to their devices. You can even use this to move files to devices that are noncompliant with Apple network security protocols.

*2020-01-20, version 4.0.0*

This doesn’t works GoogleDrives with iOS 13.3

### 1/5 — Useless now that iOS 13 came out

*2019-12-30, version 4.0.0*

I can’t download any pictures to my time capsule anymore. Overnight the app became absolutely useless. I guess time to get another app.

### 1/5 — Needs updating badly.

*2019-10-23, version 3.5.3*

Upload to network drive stopped working after iOS 13 update.

### 1/5 — Does not work

### 1/5 — A great utility.

*2017-06-15, version 3.3.0*

Files are easily dealt with. Wonderful reworked application.

### 2/5 — Dissatisfied

*2020-10-04, version 4.0.0*

Excellent file navigation. No export options. I want to open videos on a server in imovies.

### 2/5 — Issue playing video files

*2019-06-06, version 3.5.2*

Overall I like this app because I can easily transfer files from my phone to my local samba drives. However, using the paid version every time I playing a video file when I switch apps next time I come back either the app restarts or I should replay the file since the audio doesn't play correctly.

### 2/5 — Does not support Speak Screen

*2018-10-04, version 3.4.3*

I like this app. However, because it does not support the use of Speak Screen accessibility feature when reading PDFs, I cannot recommend this app to others. People pay for this app and basic accessibility features are lacking.

I will change this review if Speak Screen becomes supported.

### 2/5 — Airport Connections

*2018-08-03, version 3.4.3*

I can not connect my airport to this app so please can you try to help
How to connect and which port I can use

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This is the one to get

*2020-02-04, version 4.0.0*

I think I tried every other remote file manager in the App Store before I found the one that really does the job - this one. I can preview a remote file, bring it over, work on it and then save back to the remote drive. It was easy to set up my remote sharing folders following the help file.

### 5/5 — Airport Cloud

*2019-09-22, version 3.5.3*

Works well for moving files to my AirPort Extreme. Better than the cloud and cheaper in the long run.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2019-09-19, version 3.5.3*

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years. Its functionality is excellent. I can move files between mobile devices and my NAS easily. It supports Touch ID, a security feature lacking in many other file managers. I recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Apple to Window’s

*2019-09-11, version 3.5.3*

If you own an iPhone and your computer is windows, you need this app. Couldn’t live without it. Thank you

### 5/5 — The best app since iCloud - or even better!

*2019-08-30, version 3.5.3*

Absolutely essential app for storing, saving, managing, organizing, and especially transferring stuff on and between my iPads and desktop. On the desktop, a thumb-drive is all you need. BUT - on the iPads, there's no way to save or back up or transfer anything except by handing it over to the Cloud - or, by using an app like *Remote Files* to transfer them to a file-hub device and a regular thumb-drive! And, along the way, to save them in the app's built-in file system, for "further study". An indispensable app!!

### 5/5 — Great app!!!

*2019-08-06, version 3.5.3*

Great app!!!

### 5/5 — Complimentary

*2019-06-21, version 3.5.2*

Goes great with cheese

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-03-11, version 3.5.2*

Does file access and opening perfectly!

### 5/5 — The best

*2019-01-25, version 3.5.2*

This is the best file app I’ve found. Keep up the great work.

### 5/5 — Works perfectly!

*2019-01-17, version 3.5.2*

Finally a way to expand the storage using an ipad pro. I have been able to connect it to an old airport router that was used to backup my mac but has been sitting there unconnected for a couple of years. I can use the airport disk for storage when I’m home and plug an external disk into it to load up before travel so I can have my files available without spending a fortune on an ipad with more storage than I actually need! Connected to dropbox perfectly. Great app
