It always said to check my connection but there’s is nothing wrong with my connection, i keep downloading it and it still doesn’t work. The original remote from Amazon continually locks up. I have tried many things to correct it including removing the batteries for a minute but it is only a temporary solution. It is my opinion that the problem is actually with the software update recently instituted by Amazon. With this app,It has a better connection with the device and has yet to lock up. The downside? The advertisements come up at the wrong time and interfere with its intended use. I like it. It’s pretty good. I’ve been using it for the past few months. It’s pretty good. All you need to do is just turn on developer mode on a Fire TV stick so go to settings click on your Fire TV stick when you keep clicking that down then I’ll say you’re five steps away from becoming a developer. Just just click.
