What we can tell you is what we did about it: we traced the connection failures users were reporting and shipped fixes in the latest update — including clear step-by-step guidance when a connection fails (many Hisense TVs need "Mobile Device Connection" turned on in the TV's own settings, which almost nobody knows about). Please update the app and try once more. If it still doesn't work, email support@hiremote.app — a real person will answer and help you set it up, and if we can't make it work we'll point you to Apple's refund process ourselves.
