It basically let me control watching Iron Fist without having to fumble around with Remote Mouse while watching in bed. ### 5/5 — Great app/easy to use *2018-10-14, version 1.85* Very simple app but does what it’s supposed to. Convenient to use during the “long binges” or when I have my Mac connected to my tv with hdmi. There is no information on how to connect to Netflix with this app. The app directs you to the website for a code needed to start the application, or something? When visiting the website, you’re directed to a YouTube video on how to connect the app. What year is it? This is ridiculously awful and I hope it gets removed from the App Store as it is obviously a scam or poor software. ### 1/5 — Lies *2018-10-12, version 1.8* App states you can use on iPhone but you need a Mac or PC to control?!? I agree, don’t waste your time on this!!! **Developer response:** Hi. This app is a remote control for Netflix, so yes - you do need a PC, Mac or Chromebook to control. Remote for Netflix! gives you a powerful remote control for Netflix - If you watch on your computer - If you use Chrome Then Remote for Netflix! is for you. ### 1/5 — Falsely named *2018-10-11, version 1.8* This app is supposed to be a “remote for netflix,” but it doesn’t actually work for Netflix unless you subscribe. A total waste of time and a rip off. Don’t bother downloading. **Developer response:** Hi - thanks for trying Remote for Netflix. You can always use the basic controls for free. These include volume, play/pause, fullscreen, skip forward/back. I aim to make the free version useful even if it is limited. However - as you say, I do ask you to purchase a subscription if you want to use the position slider, or open new shows from the remote. Please don’t post negative reviews if you can’t take a few minutes (that is all it takes) to figure out how to use this app!
