Our Remote Guidance Tool from Uhlmann, based on Maintastic technology, is specifically designed to assist customers in troubleshooting our machines. It enables direct, visual communication between our technicians and customers on-site. Through real-time video transmission and interactive annotation tools, our experts can provide precise instructions to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve issues.
The tool offers the following key features:
1.	Real-Time Video Transmission: Our technicians can see what the customer sees live, allowing them to give targeted instructions.
2.	Interactive Annotation Tools: Technicians can leave markings and notes directly on the video image.
3.	Document and File Sharing: Important documents and manuals can be shared during the session.
4.	Sustainable Documentation of Service Cases: All service cases are documented in detail to support future references and training.
