They have “no showed” two times for my onboarding appointments that they set with me. Don’t have much confidence that their app will be helpful. ### 2/5 — Bluetooth Problem *2021-01-25, version 2.4.0* There is something wrong with the Bluetooth in either the app, or the hardware. Either it won’t pair at all, or is extremely hard to pair. End up having to enter the readings into the app manually. Tested and it still does not connect to ZEWA device or synch with Apple Health. I have in last weeks multiple times deleted the app, reloaded and even pulled batteries out of ZEWA device to jumpstart Bluetooth connection .
