I wasted two dollars on this stupid app and for the people who say you need to follow directions, I did. Computer app is not installable, meaning you have to run it every time you want to use it. Phone app is just a remote mouse up, and to top it off, it doesn't even work well. The "help" pages tell you to verify whether the IP address has changed but does provide instructions on how to check for that or what to do next if it has somehow changed. Either you need to downloaded the computer application which enables your phone to connect to the computer OR if you have already downloaded the application you need to reset it on your computer because you can't switch devices without resetting the computer application. I even use d it to go into my system preferences to change the brightness.
