So when you first get it, I was trying to connect to my real TV. It wouldn’t let me so then I put my iPad right there beside the TV connection thing and it did not work. so do not get it thank you for reading and when you click on what you want, it makes you have to pay so then I deleted it. Sorry about this - it sounds like the app said your TV was connected and asked you to subscribe before the remote actually worked. That's a bug on our side and we're fixing it. One thing that may help meanwhile: the app works over Wi-Fi, not by pointing the iPad at the TV - both just need to be on the same network, and with some TVs you also have to enter the code shown on the TV screen.
