I use it to make sure everything on all four of my systems are working correctly. It allows me to login from my iPad or my iPhone to either of my McIntosh computers remotely! But the learning curve is kind of steep. It doesn’t always work the way I think it’s going to. Out there somewhere is a virtual computer which someone could access and upload a spoof of your device onto your screen so they can use it privately. A lot of downtime and time consuming to get working and even then it locks up at times. No clear "cancel" or "disable auto-renew" button visible on the website/account dashboard for many users, despite their FAQ claiming it' s there under "My Account" → "Cancel my account" or similar. Instead, they send an email with a mysterious link after renewal/near end Clicking it supposedly cancels, but it often just stops the old sub after you've already been auto-charged again-without clear explanation or warning. Multiple complaints on Trustpilot describe ongoing billing post- "cancellation," re-enabled auto-renewals, slow/ copy-paste suppor and having to dispute via bank. The connection stability and performance are good, even during longer remote sessions. It’s also very cost-effective compared to other remote desktop solutions, especially for personal use. The app provides all the essential remote access features I need, and the setup process was straightforward. File access and remote control are smooth, and I haven’t faced any major issues so far. The only area where I feel improvement is needed is the user interface. While functional, the UI doesn’t feel very native to iOS and could be more modern and intuitive. A cleaner, more polished iOS-style design would make the overall experience even better.
