NEC 遠隔業務支援サービスとは、支援者と作業者が現場の映像をリアルタイムに共有し、音声やAR(拡張現実)で作業をサポートするサービスです。
NEC 遠隔業務支援サービス　アプリ(RemoteSupportService)は、作業者がお手元のiPhoneから映像を支援者に送信し、支援者からの指示を受け取るアプリケーションです。

【特徴】
１．現場状況をリアルタイムで把握
作業者の現場状況を把握することで、現場作業者を効率的に支援することが可能です。
２．作業の様子を遠隔から撮影・録画が可能
支援者は支援中にリモートからワンクリックで撮影・録画が可能です。
３．ARで効率的に支援
現場の映像に支援者のマウスカーソルでポインタを表示することができます。
取り込んだ画像に対し、文字・矢印・円を色や大きさを指定して作業者への指示を簡単に書くことができます。
