Sticking to a diet is impossible when you have to give up the food you actually enjoy… nobody lives of rice cakes and almonds… Remy AI is a game changer for losing weight, the recipes taste pretty good and the nutrition is amazing.

I’ve lost over 31lb still being able to enjoy the food I love, and this is exactly what Remy does for you. The recipes are great, the keep the essence of the original meal and taste amazing. Macros are also pretty great which allows you to stick to a calorie deficit and keep eating the way you like
