## What is RENAG?

RENAG eMobility is the official rider and fleet app for RENAG eMobility Solutions.

The app helps authorised riders manage eBike rentals, access assigned vehicles, and stay connected with RENAG services. Built for delivery riders, fleet users, and enterprise partners, RENAG delivers a secure and streamlined rental experience from booking through ride management.

Key features include:
• Secure rider login and account management
• QR code scanning for vehicle access
• Rental and subscription management
• Vehicle assignment and status visibility
• Ride and usage history
• In-app notifications and service updates
• Customer support access

Bluetooth and location services are used only when required for vehicle access, active rentals, and fleet compliance. Data is handled securely and in accordance with RENAG’s Privacy Policy.
