## What is RenalTracker?

Track daily fluid intake, optional urine output, and optional vitals — built for dialysis and post-transplant care plans. Set your plan from your care team, log drinks quickly, and see progress for today and the week. Records stay on your device by default, with optional private iCloud sync.

Siri After installing, open Renal Tracker once so Siri can register its shortcuts. If a phrase isn’t recognised yet, open the Shortcuts app and add the Renal Tracker shortcut first (or check Settings → Siri & Shortcuts).
