I would really like to be able to get notifications for both cards associated with my joint checking account. ### 3/5 — Could be better *2023-11-15* It works fine EXCEPT for the fact that it never just lets me sign in from the app. It’s like that button just doesn’t work. I can’t even log into my card app because there’s no link in the mobile app and when I try to sign with the Renasant mobile app link it just takes me to the mobile app and nothing happens or when I try to sign in with my username and password it says it’s incorrect. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall still doesn’t work. An Update is Definitely needed ! ### 1/5 — Will not login whatsoever *2021-10-08, version 1.5.1* I’ve had this app for months now and it was great when I first installed it, but for the past three plus months I haven’t been able to login; however, I do still receive notifications from the app whenever I make a purchase. If I try to login though the banking app link I get an “error” message and it leads me back to the main screen of the mobile banking app. If I try to login through the card app and click on “sign in with Renasant Mobile” it opens the mobile banking app and the exact same “error” message comes up and it takes me to the main screen of the mobile app same as before. I have tried closing both apps and reopening them and it’s the same thing over again. I have tried deleting and reinstalling both apps and it’s still showing the same things. I’ve also tried logging in manually through Card app with my bank username and password and it shows “Login failed. Please enter a valid username and password.” I know that I am not using the wrong login credentials because I was able to log into the Renasant mobile app and the online banking website with the same login. After months of dealing with this battle I’m to the point of giving up on this app until a definitive working solution to this problem has been made because as of right now this issue has made it unusable for me. ### 2/5 — Embarrassment *2021-09-04* I recently visited a sam’s club and tried to make payment of $11 and change. The card would not work butI knew there was money there. Do you know the embarrassment of not being able to pay $11 on my card. The card had been turned off because of inactivity. Fix this! ### 1/5 — trouble logging in *2024-09-25* i am having trouble logging in, just like other users said. when you try to log in from the renasant app instead of taking you to the card app it says “error” this has been going on for days and still nothing. I have an iphone 14 pro. It it won't let me log in. It opens to the screen saying it will launch the Renasant app, but it never does anything. If I open the Renasant app at this point and manually log in directly through there, nothing happens. If I try to log in through the card app with my Renasant login credentials, it says they're wrong. I deleted the app and reloaded it. It gave the same prompt saying it would now log in through the main Renasant app, but nothing ever happened. Dead app. So much time and frustration over an app that I still know basically nothing about. **Developer response:** We're sorry that you are having difficulties. Please try force closing both apps (including anything opened in the background). Re-launch the Mobile app and click on the Card app link. Try typing full credentials the first time as opposed to using biometrics. I called and got help and was told that the problem could be with my carrier somehow. Everytime I click “Log in with Renasant Banking” it redirects me to the banking app and acts like it is trying to get me in the car app but then I get a pop up saying “error” like it cannot complete it.
