## What is Rendez?

Rendez is the meeting-point app I wanted for London: simple, native, and built around one practical question - where should we meet so the journey feels fair for everyone?

Add two to five starting points and Rendez checks plausible stations and interchanges across London and around. It compares journey times, walking, changes, and balance, then gives you meeting points that make sense for the whole group rather than just picking the geographic middle.

Rendez works for public transport and driving, so one person can be on the Tube while someone else drives in. You can choose to leave now, depart at a specific time, or arrive by a set time, and Rendez will use that timing when comparing options. Accessibility preferences are built in too, including step-free routes, avoiding stairs, and avoiding escalators where TfL can support it.

Each result shows the total journey time, how balanced the split is, the modes involved, live arrival hints for current public transport legs where TfL supports them, and a detailed route breakdown for every person. You can open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Citymapper, and share a meeting-point link with the rest of the group.

With Rendez you can:
- Add two to five people
- Search for stations, addresses, places, or use your current location
- Save Home and Work on your device for faster planning
- Compare fair meeting points across London and around
- Balance journey time, walking, changes, and overall convenience
- Mix public transport and driving in the same plan
- Plan for now, depart later, or arrive by a specific time
- Add accessibility preferences for each person
- See route details and live arrival hints before choosing where to meet
- Open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Citymapper
- Share meeting-point directions with friends

Rendez is built for the real back-and-forth of making plans: less guessing, fewer screenshots in the group chat, and a clearer answer to where everyone should actually meet.
