Echo has been a tremendous patient education tool for my ocular surface disease practice.  I specifically rely/utilize the ProKera video and Dry Eye Disease state overview in my informed consent dialogue.  Echo has made the process of preparing a patient for my procedures much more elegant in delivering the message!
