## What is Rendprop?

Create content. Share the listing.

Record or import a walkthrough, prepare your photos and make a reel on your iPhone. Bring them together on one listing page you can share by text, email or a printed QR code.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Walk the space and record on your iPhone.
2. Tag the rooms or areas you want people to jump to.
3. Choose your cover photo, review the content and publish.
4. Share the link. Visitors see photos and details first, then choose a scroll-through tour or ordinary video playback. Enquiries land in your Leads inbox.

TOOLS FOR YOUR LISTING
• AI Photo Studio — blue sky, twilight, lawn, decluttering, virtual staging and custom edits. Review the result, keep photo versions and export images with the disclosure for the changes you made. Original comparisons are available when an untouched original was saved.
• Reels — turn your photos into a short vertical video with your own voiceover and word-by-word captions.
• Aerial intro — an optional AI-generated opening clip based on your exterior photo, labelled as AI-generated. It is simulated imagery, not drone footage.
• Floor plan — scan with Apple RoomPlan on LiDAR-supported iPhones, or import a PDF or image. Review and export the plan before using it.
• Listing links — a contact page for sharing and a separate unbranded tour link. Check your MLS's rules before posting.
• Client delivery — photographers and videographers can put their client's name, business, photo and contact details on each listing. Route enquiries to that client's email, track delivery in Leads and send them again when needed. The client does not need a Rendprop account.

NOT ONLY HOMES

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-03

Photographers and videographers can publish with their client's name, photo and contact details, route enquiries to the client, and follow delivery in Leads.

Choose your listing's cover photo and publish the current photo versions. Shared pages now open with photos and details; viewers can choose Explore or Play inside the flythrough viewer.

Photo edits show progress across screens and keep completed images when work stops. We've also fixed listing-toolbox crashes and improved room tags, listing details and photo disclosures.

Plans are easier to find and change. An eligible 7-day free trial starts only after you confirm a subscription with Apple.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-14

Notifications. A lead on one of your tours now reaches your phone straight away, and so does a finished render. You are asked once, at the end of setup, and turning them down costs nothing. Plans now fit the way you work too — the same prices, allowances sized for real listing volume, and a free week sized to your business. Uploads recover on their own if your connection drops.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-12

No release notes.
