This app feels like it is still being built, even though it’s been out for years. It’s hard to tell if features like “reordering” are buggy or if the user experience was just done poorly. When you attempt to re-order, you cannot add new things to the order, only update whatever the items were in the original order. You also can’t change the time or the location for pick up from what the original order was even if you had updated that on the initial screen. Features like this are great in theory but the execution of them is severely lacking. Y’all also need to figure out how you handle “deluxe” orders across your franchises. Some locations still offer it yet you removed the option for it from the app and instead require the user to add a variety of other options manually to match what used to be a single button click.

This seems like a basic function for a burrito place. The customer favorite burritos can have extra toppings, but there wasn’t a way to change what was in the burrito. No ability to custom build a burrito from start to finish.

This app is pretty bare bones. I don’t know if that is ChowNow’s fault or what. There’s no way to find out how long an order will take until you pay. The other day I got the bad news that one burrito would take them 45 minutes to make. There was no cancellation button. So I had to go the store, cut the line and tell them to cancel the order. Naturally, the Renegade Burrito staff told me to cancel it through the app. There is no way to do that! Finally I got a manager to agree to cancel. But he didn’t know how to do it. He had to call someone out of the kitchen to show him how. Sigh. Just add a cancel button. Or tell us how long the order will take BEFORE we pay.

Cannot complete a purchase.  It let me it let me go through the entire order process and then when I entered my card info, it shows a green check as if it succeeded.  Then when I click to finish it tells me it needs my CCV information (which has already been entered).

I re-entered my credit card info 3x hoping the error would be resolved.  I deleted the app and placed my order online.  The online/web ordering process was essentially the same, but it didn’t error.

This app is terrible.  I complained to the store that it represents.  Gave them screenshots of error.  I would order more from the store but if the app isn’t working, i have to wait in line.  Bottom line is, the app gives you an error message most of the time.  With the error in place, it doesn’t function at all.  This app is useless to consumers who just like to order burritos from this awesome burrito shop.

I live 5 miles from one of the locations and I’m unable to use the app to order due to being “outside the delivery zone”. I doubt it’s too far.

You have to create an account in order to place an order. When you go to create an account it asks for your info (name, phone number, email address, and a password ONE TIME). When you enter a password it tells you it’s wrong. How can it be wrong when you’re creating it for the first time? You’re losing business guys. 😥 I’m tired of ordering through GrubHub but I can’t order through your app so I’m not ordering at all.

I’d like to see three features added to the app: the ability to use and earn our rewards points, the ability to select Renegade favorites, like Lola G’s, and the ability to save previous orders (my boys and I order the same thing each time).  Thanks!
