Can’t get any help. Game is stuck lvl 92 and it keeps wanting me to go to immortal ruins but it’s not unlocked yet. I get no help and game is stuck

I have spent thousand of dollars in this game, and I only requested a $50 refund due to system glitch double charges. They immediately suspended my account. Don’t play this game. this game is not done. It is still missing a lot of contents. There’s a lot of bugs and when you purchase stuff in the game sometime, you don’t get the items and if you’re trying to ask for a refund or have them figure out for you, you will meet obstacles.
