Riva has a variety of classes, sculpting, lengthening, gentle and more vigorous yoga flows. She guides you through each of her classes as if she is there with you at home making sure your practice is safe, challenging, and enjoyable. I would attempt yoga flows on my own at home but quickly got distracted or intended to start but never did. This turned into a 4 year cycle of lost flexibility, muscle and motivation. The Renew with Riva app has everything I didn’t even know I needed from daily affirmations to short flows, full series flows, strength training and skill building series!! On nights where I’m too tired to do a full workout I’ll choose a short skill set (currently splits) to work toward and keep my workout routine going.
