Took out x4 car insurances via this app and only received rewards and excess cover for 2. The other two just “disappeared” from the list. I haven’t received what I believe I was offered by using this app. No response from their email address either to respond to my complaints

I’ve tried to set the App up three times and failed. I get the last bit where I’m supposed to receive an email with a verification code by email. But no email arrives. I’ve given up.

There was a temporary issue with sign-up emails for some users around that time that you may have been caught by, but it’s now been resolved. When I open the app it asks for my postcode. However I can’t select my address because the keyboard is covering it. Please advise.

I have asked repeatedly for these people to stop emailing me I no longer use this app but still they carry on emailing PLEASE STOP NOW before things get ugly for you

Since you no longer have the app and don't want the reminders, please drop us a note at hello@myrenewal.app from the email address you used to sign up. Ask to delete your app data and we'll happily do this for you, which will stop all future communications.

I’m not happy with this company, i used the RNWL app to store and manage all my car, motorhome, house, travel, breakdown insurance’s and renewals. This year when i started to review the coming year’s insurance i find RNWL has been replaced with a new app RENEWAL and all my past data has been lost. I think its best to look for a more reliable provider going forward.
