And it automatically populated the MOT and tax details. The dashboard is clean and simple. Now I look forward to getting reminders about renewing my policy and at a better rate. It’s very user friendly and I find updating or changing details really simple to do. Used it recently to find an insurance renewal quote and saved over £100 compared to other platforms. The other two just “disappeared” from the list. I get the last bit where I’m supposed to receive an email with a verification code by email. But no email arrives. I’ve given up. **Developer response:** Hi Clive, sorry you've run into this. There was a temporary issue with sign-up emails for some users around that time that you may have been caught by, but it’s now been resolved. However I can’t select my address because the keyboard is covering it. Please advise. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry about that. To clarify, removing the app from your device doesn't automatically close your account, which is why your renewal reminders have continued. Since you no longer have the app and don't want the reminders, please drop us a note at hello@myrenewal.app from the email address you used to sign up. Ask to delete your app data and we'll happily do this for you, which will stop all future communications. ### 1/5 — Continuity of Data *2026-01-31* I’m not happy with this company, i used the RNWL app to store and manage all my car, motorhome, house, travel, breakdown insurance’s and renewals. This year when i started to review the coming year’s insurance i find RNWL has been replaced with a new app RENEWAL and all my past data has been lost. I think its best to look for a more reliable provider going forward. **Developer response:** Hi, we're sorry that you are unhappy with your recent experience with the app after such a positive experience in the past. It covers the sort of thing that I much prefer to use on the big screen.
