## What is RenewalSlate?

RenewalSlate is a fully offline subscription and renewal ledger that helps you see what is coming next and preserve the charges that actually happened.

• Add subscriptions, memberships, software licenses, trials, and recurring bills
• Generate deterministic weekly, monthly, or yearly renewal projections and calendars
• Review the next 30 days, trials ending soon, and overdue items awaiting confirmation
• Confirm charged or not charged, including the actual amount, date, and notes
• Preserve an audit history of pauses, resumptions, cancellations, price changes, and reversals
• Review projected commitments and confirmed spending by original currency—never combined across currencies
• Schedule local renewal reminders only when you explicitly enable them
• Export readable text, RFC 4180 CSV, or a complete JSON backup
• Validate schema and checksum before previewing a merge or replacement restore

The core ledger needs no account or network connection and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Names, amounts, notes, and history stay on the current device by default. Only when you choose to submit feedback are the message, optional email address, selected screenshots, and necessary diagnostics sent to ApplyAI; system email is also available.

RenewalSlate does not connect to banks, cards, or email; read receipts; use OCR or AI; cancel services; or provide financial advice, currency conversion, budget conclusions, or savings guarantees. Every future date and amount is a projection based on rules you entered. Only records you explicitly confirm are charge facts.
