It ended up charging 15 pounds for the trip. ### 2/5 — estimated timing is ridiculous *2026-01-25, version 4.21.0* i’ve used this app multiple times now and i’d say 9/10 it takes about 20 minutes for a driver to actually pick up a trip then another 10-20 minutes for then to actually arrive. but it will always say a driver will be with you in 10 minutes no matter where they are. also a cancellation fee being £5 when the drivers further out than the actual trip journey. there should be a notice or something if there’s no drivers near to your pickup point rather than the loading sign. drivers are always lovely. never their fault. ### 2/5 — App times are not reliable and they already have your money *2025-03-09, version 4.18.0* The app has improved and I much more reliable than it once was . However, the cab timings are a nonsense. I have always found them to take around 10minutes to arrive but last two trips have varied wildly. Cab promised again in 15mins and nearer 30 and the most recent trip the cab arrived in less than one minute . I had booked it on the train when it was 5mins from the stop and when I was phoned by the driver I said I would be with him in less than 5mins. He left and I was charged a no show fee of £5. First of all, don’t use this company. Don’t use it. Don’t use it. Seriously, avoid it at all costs. I live in Bridge of Weir and have used this company several times. Every single experience has been worse than the last. The call operators are rude, impatient, and completely incompetent when it comes to solving problems. It’s shocking that this level of service is acceptable. The pre-booked cars are never on time. The shortest delay I’ve experienced was 40 minutes, and the longest was an hour. At that point, what is even the point of booking? Drivers are rude and frequently cancel bookings without reason, leaving passengers stranded and plans ruined. The number of negative reviews speaks for itself, yet nothing ever changes. The company continues to respond with generic copy-and-paste replies while the service remains consistently unacceptable.
