Having to force close and reset the app isn’t a positive benefit ### 3/5 — Inconsistent and support team weak *2026-05-10* I have used multiple Renogy devices and the MPPT controllers are of great quality. Unfortunately, the Renogy One devices that are critical to monitoring the controllers are substantially less reliable! This is truly a problem when you have remote locations to check on! Knowing what your output and power efficiency IS a must!! The Renogy I have had two devices fail on me when they are 6,000 miles away!! Updates are not quality tested and then act like they are updating but never reflect the update. You check again and the Renogy One device goes through the process again. This is true after resetting the device. Renogy One app is now prompting for login every time I access it. Mine does EVERYTIME, because I use this app just a few times a year. That means I am ALWAYS logged out. All basic method doesn’t connect. The customer service is trash absolutely almost I spent $7000 just for battery inverter and charge controller only for one years after that it will not connect. It is completely useless off-grid. For example, if you want to see the power your solar array if generating that is flowing through a Renogy charge controller connected via the Bluetooth dongle. You can’t without having an internet connection and logging in. This makes zero sense. Update: I can confirm this has now been fixed in v1.8.76 👍 ### 1/5 — App now opens to store instead of my battery information - extremely frustrating *2025-12-10, version 1.8.75* Title says it all. They now open the app to their store to try to sell you stuff. You have to manually navigate to see your battery/solar information. I downloaded this app because I want to check my batteries. If I wanted to buy something I’d go to your website.
