### 1/5 — Does not work on iPhone 18

*2026-10-22*

I get "Unknown action"

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying Renotify, and sorry for the trouble.
“Unknown action" usually means the Shortcuts app hasn't picked up Renotify’s action on your device yet. Please try:
1. Open the Renotify app once, then fully close and reopen the Shortcuts app.
2. Delete the existing "Save Notifications to Renotify" shortcut and add it again from the Setup screen in the app.
3. If it still shows “Unknown action," restart your iPhone and try once more.

If none of this helps, please contact through the support page in the app so I can look into it.

**Developer response:**

### 4/5 — Notification App.

*2026-10-16*

It works?

**Developer response:** Thanks for your review! The app requires iOS 27 or later and uses the new notification automation in Shortcuts.

If you’re having trouble getting it to work, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help!
