One looked rented, and I get no response when contacting the property. One I drove by today was not even livable. The house was condemned. Idk where the pictures of it even came from. There are cockroaches everywhere, and when it comes to fixing an AC, they take an entire month. They have a supervisor who spends his time smoking, and the office staff — especially Maggie — is almost never there. You call, and they never answer the phone, like always. I have been living here for 3 years, and she has answered only one of my calls, with such a bad attitude, as if I were living here for free. She sounds extremely arrogant. And the lady they used to have at the other community, who is now working here too — I moved away from that community because of her. She was always rude and constantly had a very bad attitude. So honestly, I think it’s time for me to move out of here. This community is not the same anymore. Overall this community is the worse with Management that are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful people. If management do not change their politics, many people will leave their apartment. Which is ashamed because all they have to do is get rid off of those unproductive employees. Employees like Maggie’s and her colleagues. We deserve better than broken AC. Broken windows.
