Most of the listings are outdated. Many of the listings are 2 or 3 months old. Nothing in the lower rent bracket at all for those on disability or low-income.

I've used pretty much every website out there. I also have realtors who send me MLS listings. I've used other mobile apps and this one is by far the most convenient and user friendly one. The only comment I would have is to amp up the different filtering options.

Seems like all old listings with agents that just want you to call them.  See many places (over 10) listed for $1800, $1900, $2000 by the same realtor to call and find out they are all gone and only have places in the $2200 range.

Whoever is involved in building the rent compass app definitely knows what they’re doing. They deserve to be compensated well. Only issue I found is that some of the listings have already been taken but are still present on the app.
