## What is Rent Connect?

RentConnect is a B2B enterprise property management platform. Paid services are sold exclusively to property management businesses and professional landlords operating as registered business entities. No purchases are made within the app. Tenants use the app for free.
FOR LANDLORDS:
• Manage Properties & Units — Add and organize your properties, units, and tenant information in one centralized dashboard.
• Collect Rent Online — Accept rent payments via credit card, debit card, or bank account. Funds are deposited directly to your bank through secure Stripe processing.
• Track Maintenance Requests — Receive, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests from tenants with real-time status updates.
• Lease Management — Create and manage leases, track expiration dates, and invite tenants directly through the app.
• Financial Reporting — View income summaries, payment history, and overdue balances at a glance.
• Instant Messaging — Communicate directly with tenants through the built-in messaging system.
• Push Notifications — Stay informed with real-time alerts for payments, maintenance requests, and lease updates.
FOR TENANTS (FREE):
• Pay Rent — Pay rent securely from your phone with just a few taps. Set up payment methods and never miss a due date.

• View Lease Details — Access your lease terms, move-in/move-out dates, and rent amount anytime.
