Posso infatti gestire le scadenze, contabilizzare i pagamenti e condividere i contratti, utenze, e foto con gli inquilini. La consiglio a chi come me affitta a lungo termine più appartamenti. È fantastica perché semplice e funzionale. La stra consiglio!! 👍

Un’app davvero interessante e ben fatta che facilita notevolmente la gestione di case e stanze in affitto. Semplice da utilizzare e curata nei dettagli, consente di avere a portata di mano ciò che serve sia al proprietario che al l’inquilino. Una lode allo sviluppatore Roberto che si presta prontamente alla risoluzione di alcuni problemi riscontrati e risolti. Molto interessante il progetto di di ricevere/ pagare il canone attraverso l’app. Sicuramente molto  consigliata.
