I’ve been using Rental DealLens to run numbers on different investment properties, and it makes the comparison much easier. Instead of calculating everything separately, I can enter the rent, purchase price, taxes, insurance, HOA, and financing information and see the cash flow and other key numbers in one place. I especially like the deal score because it gives me a quick starting point before looking deeper into a property. Simple interface and very useful for evaluating potential rentals.

Rental DealLens makes it easy to quickly evaluate a rental property before making an offer. I like that I can enter the purchase price, expected rent, taxes, insurance, HOA, financing, and other expenses and immediately see the estimated cash flow, cap rate, ROI, DSCR, and overall deal score. The interface is simple and the results are easy to understand. It’s especially useful when comparing several investment properties and trying to decide which one makes the most financial sense.
