One page only, basic calc screen, limited options. Not pleasing on eye

simple to use. I wish it didn't have a fixed 2% down. no costs should be fixed because every deal is different. will keep looking.

It's a useful app to start with.  Like others said, could use more features:
Save multiple
Print
Email
Spot for Property Appraised Value
Keep data when switching apps on iPhone 4.
I hope you intend on expanding on this.

Great for better than ballpark estimates. But...

Data goes away when you exit. No save option. 

No print option. 

No email option. 

So, frustratingly useful.

Easy to use.  I like the automatic feature that recalculates when input is changed. Allows easy and fast What If analysis. Would like to see input stay in template when exiting app so I can return with input intact. An email feature would be great so results could preserved and shared. Well worth the money and will be less frustrating when these suggestions are programmed in.  Will be five stars then!
