## What is Rental Smart?

Rental Smart helps landlords, tenants, and property management teams stay on top of rental conversations, maintenance requests, site visits, leases, rent, and records from iPhone.

The app connects to the Rental Smart rental operations platform so invited users can review inbox activity, reply to conversations, update maintenance status, record request notes, and capture inspection or visit details while away from the desk.
