One app to run a rental operation — bounce houses, tents, tables, equipment — from first quote to signed contract to collected payment. RentalBiz replaces the spreadsheet, the paper contracts, and the "did they pay?" text threads with one synced system your whole crew shares. BOOKINGS THAT PROTECT YOUR CALENDAR Every booking checks live availability with a teardown buffer — the app knows you own two of that unit and stops the third. Quantities are real: rent 8 of your 20 tables and the rest stay bookable. See today's deliveries and pickups the moment you open the app, and route every stop in Apple Maps with one tap. GET PAID — EVERY TIME Request deposits and balances by card through your own Stripe account with a secure hosted payment link, texted to the customer in one tap. Payments record themselves. If someone you invited before the last update couldn't open their link, open Team, tap their name, and choose Re-send Invite Link — their original link starts working. • New invites were already fixed in the last update; this completes the fix for people invited before it. ### 1.6 — 2026-07-26 Fixes crew invite links. • Invite links now open for any crew member you text them to, on their own Apple ID — previously some recipients saw a "you don't have permission" message. • Already sent an invite that didn't work? Just open Team and tap that person again — their existing link is repaired automatically, no need to remove and re-invite.
