Downloaded this app in order to help analyze properties for rent and I cannot even get past the first screen. I enter the numbers, but the keyboard remains on the screen with no way of removing it and the ‘Calculate’ button is hidden behind the keyboard. This renders this app, which I paid $8.99 for, useless. If the developer can rectify this bug, I’d happily change my rating if it all works out as advertised.
