Me entregaron un vehículo con fallas mecánicas graves, poniendo en riesgo mi vida y la de mi familia. Lo peor es que, en lugar de asumir su responsabilidad, se excusaron diciendo que no tomé fotos del vehículo a tiempo y me hicieron pagar por los daños causados por su propia negligencia.
