## What is RentalProof?

Stop worrying about your security deposit.

RentalProof is the essential toolkit for every renter moving into a new apartment, house, or dorm. Document preexisting damage with evidence and generate a professional PDF report to share with your landlord or property manager instantly.

Every year, thousands of tenants lose their deposits over "wear and tear" or damage they didn't cause. Whether you are a college student in a dorm or a family moving into a new home, RentalProof is your digital insurance policy.

FEATURES:

Timestamped Photo Evidence: Every photo taken in-app is hard-coded with the date and time.

Room-by-Room Inspections: Follow our guided checklist (Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom) so you never miss a cracked tile or a stained carpet.

Professional PDF Generation: Convert your photos and notes into a PDF document.

Instant Sharing: Send your report via email, WhatsApp, or AirDrop directly to your landlord the day you move in.

Move-In Ready: Document the "before" state to ensure a smooth "after."

User-Friendly: No complex property management software. Just point, shoot, and report.

Privacy First: No complex software or accounts required. Your data stays in your device and private iCloud, where only you can access it.
