## What is RentalVault?

RentalVault is a calm, private tool for small landlords who manage their own rentals — a better home for your numbers than a spreadsheet.

Log rent as it comes in, track expenses and maintenance with photos, and see exactly what's collected, outstanding, and overdue across your properties. At tax time, export clean, Schedule E–aligned income and expense reports for your accountant.

Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, and it works fully offline — so you can log a repair or a payment on-site, even with no signal.
