## What is RentalVue?

RentalVue keeps everything about your rentals in one place — what rent has landed, which lease is up next, what the plumber charged, and who just enquired about the vacant unit.

Built for landlords with a handful of doors. No per-unit pricing, no implementation call, no features you will never use.

WHAT YOU GET

Rent Roll
See what was charged, what was collected and what is still outstanding, month by month. Record a payment in two taps and the balance updates everywhere.

Properties and Units
Every building, every unit, occupancy at a glance and the market rent you could be asking.

Leases
Start and end dates, deposits, rent due day, and a dashboard that tells you which leases end in the next ninety days — before your tenant does.

Maintenance
Requests with priority and status, the vendor you assigned, what it cost, and photos. Nothing lost in a text thread.

Expenses
Log a cost against a property or a unit, photograph the receipt with your phone, and have the numbers ready at tax time.

Vacancy Listings
Publish a vacant unit to your own public listings page and take enquiries straight into the app.

Your tenants get the app too!

Invite a tenant by email and they get their own three screens — their lease and balance, what they have paid, and a form to report a problem with a photo. They see their own place and nothing else. No more repair requests lost in a text thread.

ON YOUR PHONE

Face ID sign-in. Push notifications when an enquiry or an urgent maintenance request comes in. Photograph receipts with the camera. Works on iPhone and iPad, in light and dark, and follows your device. On an iPhone Duo, the navigation moves into the side rail when folded and opens into the full tablet layout when you unfold it.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS NOT

RentalVue does not collect rent, run tenant screening or file your taxes. It is the record of what happened, kept somewhere you can actually find it.

PRICING

Free covers one unit and includes the tenant portal, your records, maintenance and expenses — you raise rent charges yourself. Portfolio is $49 a month for up to five units and adds your public vacancy page with enquiries, automatic monthly rent charges and automatic late fees. Pro is $99 a month for unlimited units and adds income reports by property and month, plus a Schedule E export for your accountant.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew monthly until cancelled. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
