Fixes a crash: printing a contract or an invoice closed the app immediately. Printing now works again, and the logo appears correctly on the printed document.

• Bookings that come from rentalx.al now carry a RentalX badge, together with the exact amount to collect at pickup — the online fee is already paid.
• The RentalX logo now displays correctly in dark mode.
• Calendar: a separate row for each vehicle unit, so you can block a single unit and see overlapping bookings clearly.
• Bookings: filter the list by month from a calendar.
• Tapping a reservation notification now opens that booking.
• Fixed booking details failing to open on bookings with one-time extras.
