The problem comes about now when I have a whole bunch of information entered and the app has stopped functioning. All that time spent entering information I now have to replicate in a different app or spreadsheet. Your call if you give it a try, but I’m super frustrated. ### 1/5 — Many bugs and technical issues *2024-02-02* This app and software constantly fails. Bank accounts will get randomly unlinked and many times it will miss information and other times you will get duplicates. The app will stop working and you’ll have to delete and reinstall it for it to work again. Needs a lot of work to be worth paying for it. We had been working with their text support trying to get it to do what we needed. Once we determined that it wasn’t going to work for us we were told that we could not get a refund because we had used it for 13 days. We paid for a whole year, if you want to work with a company that would do this to a customer your making a big mistake. They should be ashamed I would avoid this app like the plague!!!!!!!!!! ### 3/5 — Buggy and a headache to use *2023-05-26* If you have more than one property and bank account, do not use this software. It routinely duplicates account and expenses and will eat up your time and patience. The features are very limited. If you are a passive investor with one property and one bank account, then this might be the solution for you. But it becomes a mess when you have multiple bank accounts and properties. The software routinely duplicates accounts and expenses requiring you to manually fix. Hopefully the app developer continues with this! Which is not the problem, the problem is the mobile app. Good luck uploading any receipts without the app freezing on you. You then have to delete and reinstall the app…Which is also not that big of an issue. It's everything I need with my rentals! It's much more focused than QuickBooks and easier to use. Costs less than all of the other platform and has a better user interface and does everything you need it to do.
