## What is Rentaura?

Rentaura helps Vancouver renters find their next place faster.

The app curates rental listings from across the city, scores each one
against your search preferences (budget, neighbourhood, beds, must-have
amenities), and presents them in a swipeable feed designed for one-handed
phone use. Swipe right to save, left to dismiss — fast, no thinking
required.

WHAT YOU GET

• A daily-refreshed feed of rental listings matched to your criteria
• AI-driven scoring that flags below-market deals, pet-friendly places,
  near-transit listings, and other signals at a glance
• Saved properties tab to revisit listings you liked
• Contact landlords directly through the app
• Deals tab to track applications you've sent
• Roommate matching for people looking to share a place (separate from
  the rental feed)

HOW IT WORKS

1. Tell us what you're looking for — neighbourhoods, budget, beds, the
   non-negotiables.
2. Open the app each morning. New matches are waiting.
3. Swipe through listings the same way you'd swipe through anything.
4. When you find a place you like, tap Contact Landlord. The app opens
   the original listing so you can reply on the landlord's preferred
   channel.
5. Track everything you've contacted in the Deals tab.

WHO IT'S FOR

Renters in Vancouver who are tired of refreshing the same five rental
sites every day, missing good listings before they're gone, and spending
hours filtering listings that don't actually match what they want.
