I like it because it’s very easy to navigate, although I haven’t created an account yet. I like it because it’s simple to use. I don’t like several things. First thing is that even though you can use it on iPad Pro 5, the app doesn’t fill up the entire screen. The reason why is that the app seems to have been created for iPhones only. Not a real problem, but of course it would look better if there was the ability to extend the app to fit your whole screen on an iPad Pro. I don’t know if it’s a bug, but I tapped on several of the numbers inside the little, round, purple circles and nothing happened. I tapped many times but still nothing happened. And then there were other circles of the same type that I tapped on that had nothing there at all. But at least the app provided a text-type notice, or maybe you could call it a pop-up, in the same spot where the circle was, telling you that nothing was there. So that’s good. There isn’t too much of a description when you see the details of the apartments but there’s just enough to get an idea of what’s there. All in all, I think the app is very nice to use, but it does need a little help in certain aspects. I think the app is definitely worthy of some improvements. That’s it for now. With greedflation, renting prices are growing exponentially and often unfairly with regards to the renter which is somewhat eased by the marvelous option to bid less rent than what the landlord is proposing. Furthermore, wasted time is avoided with the recommended price feature. I often find that when I'm looking for a place to rent, with the nature of my work, I just can't get to the apartment to have a look around before arrival and therefore must rely on pictures that often massively embellish the quality of the apartment. However, with Rentberry, a virtual tour is 'the new normal' which avoids such unfortunate scenarios. As far l'm aware, Rentberry is the only platform which encompasses every aspect of renting with sourcing the apartment, paying for it and signing legal documents all in one place: it just saves so much time and effort and keeps all the information in one place. The nature of my work allows me the opportunity to travel a lot and subsequently I need flexible accommodation. With Rentberry, it's very rare that I don't find somewhere in a required city which allows for extended stays which would cost a fortune in a hotel. There are 3 million uses on Rentberry and the trajectory is for it to grow by a million annually so availability will only improve.
