Our umbrellas are designed to endure the most intense of rains with their reinforced fibreglass structure and hydrophobic fabric technology.

How to start using Rentbrella:
1. Create an account and register a credit card
2. Use the map to find the closest Rentbrella station
3. Tap "I want an umbrella" and scan the station's QR Code
4. Use the station keyboard to type in the code generated on the app
5. Withdraw the umbrella and enjoy the city
6. Return it in any other Rentbrella station using the app

This is l a great idea and when it works it works but lately the station in my building has not worked at all. The company does not care and does nothing to fix it. It often tells me to rent an umbrella from a slot that is empty.  When i wait for it to time out and try again, it tells me to rent from the same slot, and again… this has happened a number of times despite reporting it to customer service every time with clear information regarding what is happening. If I was charged and could not take the umbrella they refund me but never seem to actually understand or be interested in fixing the problem. Today I tried again to rent an umbrella and it said none were available despite there being six umbrellas in the machine. Good luck if you try to use it.

Sempre usei em momentos de emergência, hoje foi um deles. Choveu e não trouxe guarda-chuva, peguei saindo do trabalho para devolver na estação mais próxima, no entanto a máquina estava desativada. Fui em outra estação a mesma coisa, precisei descer 5 estações antes da minha para devolver e tive que sair da zona de embarque, ou seja, paguei passagem e não tem nada de prático nisso.
Se querem facilitar deveriam se preocupar com a manutenção das máquinas, bem como sua presença ativa antes e depois da catraca.
